Answers to what families ask most. Anything else — write to us, a person reads it.

How does someone join my room?

Tap Play together and the app shows a four-character code and a QR. Everyone else taps Play together → Join, types the code, or scans the QR with the phone's camera. You need to be on the same Wi-Fi or mobile data — the room lives on the internet, but you should be in the same living room.

Can two people share one phone?

Yes. Add two players on the same device and the screen splits in half — the top half turns to face the player sitting opposite you. Both play the same round at the same time.

Why does my child get easier questions than me?

That is the handicap, and it is the point. The app tracks knowledge, memory, reaction and mental arithmetic separately for each player, and picks questions at that player's level. The points are counted on the same scale, so beating an adult is a real win — nobody is handed anything.

A question was wrong. What do I do?

Write to us with the question text and we will check it. Every question passes an automatic fact check before it ships, but a wrong one gets through now and then — and one wrong answer at the table is worth fixing.

What is a studio?

A studio is the evening's frame: the colours, the sounds, the round names and the material the questions come from. The Classic studio is included and free. Others, like the Film Studio, are one-time purchases.

I bought a studio. Does everyone in the room need to buy it?

No. When you host, your purchase applies to everyone in the room for that evening. Guests do not need to own it.

How do I restore a purchase on a new phone?

Open the studio picker → See all studios in the storeRestore purchases. Purchases are tied to your App Store or Google account, and on iPhone they are shared with your Family Sharing group.

Do we need accounts?

No. There is no sign-in, no email and no password anywhere in the app. Players live on the device.

How do I delete everything?

Settings → Clear everything on this device. Players, the family register, match history, seasons and question history are removed and the app behaves as freshly installed.

Does it work without internet?

Playing on one device works offline. Playing across several devices needs a connection, since the room is what ties the phones together.
